Care Coordinators use the Covered-Outbound app to search for participating providers / clinics, schedule follow-up appointments, and create and manage interventions for their patients. Covered-Outbound sits within our Covered Umbrella Suite and can be deployed with seamless EHR integration or standalone.

Covered is a web application and API developed for front offices to keep better track of their accepted insurance lists. It facilitates the maintenance and ease of publication to clients’ websites. In addition, the API makes sure integrations with third party scheduling software always has the most up to date insurance information.
PRISM CONFIGURABLE DATABASE SEPARATION
Prism is a customizable ETL designed to separate data in your clinical environments. The most common use case is when different parties share that same core database, but need to see different data, or have access restrictions. One client used Prism to split an existing Epic Clarity database into two, one containing everything, and the other containing all non-clinical information.

Decomm5 is a tool designed to aid an organization in the decommissioning of applications. Depending on the nature of the data, core information may need to be archived and easily retrievable even when the application goes away.
